Complaints Process

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Salesboots Heating & Air to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Salesboots Heating & Air
  • The way we handled your personal information
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, equipment, warranties, work, and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, start by raising it with the provider. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.

Still, let us know. Your feedback helps keep our network honest. A provider that keeps falling short of what we expect may be dropped from the network. Salesboots Heating & Air cannot settle contract fights, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work, or make choices for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@salesboots.property. Please include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

We will confirm we got your complaint by email. This usually takes a few business days. Then we look into what happened. That may mean we contact the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Still Feel Unheard

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another choice. For trouble with an HVAC contractor, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help.
